Estimated Salary Range
We offer an attractive salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and market conditions in Kraków, Poland.
About the Role
This hybrid position combines remote work with occasional office presence in our Kraków location. As a Business Development Expert, you will interact daily with global clients, providing guidance and support regarding their employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- You will learn how we organize employee benefits for clients during your first 3 months.
- You will collaborate with our team of specialists who will share their expertise with you.
- You will become familiar with online tools used by clients to select and handle their benefits.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but we value candidates who can quickly adapt to new skills.
- Excellent English and Dutch language proficiency (C1 level or higher) is required, as you will use these languages daily.
- Good communication skills, including interacting with customers and resolving issues, are essential.
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
