Job Title: Client Implementation Analyst/Associate
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Implementation Analyst/Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client onboarding, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the client onboarding process in collaboration with the Sales team for various client types and products.
- Engage in active discussions with Sales to manage priorities effectively and develop in-depth knowledge of all required elements, such as AML, KYC, and product-to-legal entity alignment.
- Manage tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates while maintaining a high level of organization, ability to multi-task, and prioritize projects.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit a strong client service orientation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in Client Onboarding or a KYC role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A flexible, proactive, and energetic approach, combined with strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with a strong team player capable of collaborating well within and across teams.
