Job Title: Client Implementation Analyst/Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Implementation Analyst/Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client onboarding, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the client onboarding process in collaboration with the Sales team for various client types and products.
  2. Engage in active discussions with Sales to manage priorities effectively and develop in-depth knowledge of all required elements, such as AML, KYC, and product-to-legal entity alignment.
  3. Manage tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates while maintaining a high level of organization, ability to multi-task, and prioritize projects.
  4. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit a strong client service orientation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in Client Onboarding or a KYC role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A flexible, proactive, and energetic approach, combined with strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, with a strong team player capable of collaborating well within and across teams.
