Order Management Coordinator

Job Description
At Motorola Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Order Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our Order Management team, you'll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end order processing for our esteemed Commercial Partners across the NA/Latin America region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the order management cycle, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
- Develop expertise in a specific function, assuming ownership of the process per the assigned role.
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders, including finance, credit, export control, product groups, project managers, and sales.
- Provide high customer service level assistance to our customers.
- Handle customer complaints and verify orders related documents' accuracy.
Requirements:
- English skills at B2+ level.
- Elementary computer literacy.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is welcome.
- Student/College graduated (preferred).
- Experience in Supply chain/Customer Service/Order Management is welcome (not required).
