Junior Order Management Coordinator

Job Overview
As a Junior Order Management Coordinator at Motorola Solutions, you will play a crucial role in coordinating end-to-end order processing for our esteemed Commercial Partners across the NA/Latin America region.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the order management cycle to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
- Process order entry, RMA, change order, and hold management.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, credit, export control, product groups, project managers, and sales.
- Provide high customer service level assistance to our customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve basic issues within the process.
- Verify orders related documents' accuracy and adapt to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time.
- Participate in monthly close activities and prioritize team goals to maintain a good working atmosphere.
Requirements
- English skills at B2+ level.
- Elementary computer literacy.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Workspace is welcome.
- Student/College graduated (preferred).
- Experience in Supply chain/Customer Service/Order Management is welcome (not required).
