C.H. Robinson is currently seeking a highly motivated Payroll and HR Specialist to coordinate payroll with external providers, ensuring accuracy across our global offices.

This role involves monitoring payroll reports, collaborating on administrative tasks, and contributing to strategic process improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cooperation with external HR and payroll providers, responsible for creating payroll lists for countries where we have offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cooperation with external HR and payroll providers to create payroll lists for countries where we have offices.
  • Monitor payroll reports and salary calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure the accuracy of documentation and data, including employee working hours and vacations.
  • Collaborate with the administration and benefits team to ensure smooth operation.
  • Participate in global projects, implementing automation and making improvements to our processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, with a solid understanding of labor law, social insurance, and taxes.
  • Proficiency in English and Excel, with a passion for working with numbers.
  • Ability to be a team player, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Diligence and strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
