The Role: As our Head of Revenue Expansion, you'll lead a dynamic team driving multiple 6-figure months from inbound leads. You'll transform our high-ticket sales motion, open new channels, and oversee the delivery of our Creator MBA program.
Your Mission: Double our sales team's performance in 180 days by leveraging your expertise in direct response marketing, high-ticket sales, and team management.
What You Need:
- Proven Track Record: At least 3 years in direct response marketing and high-ticket sales with consistent 6-figure months.
- Leadership Experience: 1 year or more inspiring teams to exceed goals.
- Marketing Expertise: Experience managing agency accounts for funnels, sales teams, and/or paid media, with a desire to move in-house.
- Go-Getter Spirit: Entrepreneurial mindset, drive for success, and dedication to hard work.
- Influencer Insights: Engagement with and application of principles championed by experts like Alex Hormozi, Russel Brunson, and Andy Elliott.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of marketing tools like landing page builders, CRMs, and automation systems.
- Versatile Marketer: Broad experience in lead generation, paid media, high-ticket sales, and copywriting.
