We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Czech Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at XTB S.A. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Czech language - native or proficiency level required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
