About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Relationship Manager with a focus on business development and sales strategy to join our Global Sales Force.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and relationship management, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Meet reporting requirements and provide regular updates on sales progress.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and relationship management in the financial services industry.
  • A valid business contact network with a focus on HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, and other private investors.
  • Excellent knowledge of securities markets and financial products.
  • Proven experience in sales and key account management with a focus on customer needs.
  • Motivated and results-driven with a good sense of priorities and time management.
  • Able to solve complex problems and negotiate effectively.
