Job Title: German Speaking Medical Customer Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German-speaking medical customer advisor to join our dynamic team at Eco Plus Solutions AB. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding medical products, services, and solutions.
  • Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology and concepts to effectively communicate complex information to clients in an easily understandable manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and best practices to enhance your knowledge and improve customer service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • A degree in medicine, biology, chemistry, or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the medical or healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
