Technical Support Specialist for Customer Identity and Access Management

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Sanoma Learning. Based in Poland, this 100% remote opportunity offers a chance to work with a leading European learning company serving over 20 million students across 11 countries.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our central solution, Sesame, which provides User access, Product access, license management, organization management, customer support, and self-service capabilities to our clients. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Your Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to internal teams
- Documenting technical knowledge in notes and manuals
- Prioritizing and managing several open issues simultaneously
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Asking targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of OAuth2 (auth0/Octa), k8s, REST API, SQL, and AWS
- Experience with cloudwatch, datadog, or similar tools
- Ability to find root causes of bugs and incidents
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
