Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for Div B ZF intercompany customers, handling all commercial matters within defined working patterns and response times.
  • Establish and maintain effective written and verbal communication with customers and Head Quarter in DE, as well as other internal and external interfaces.
  • Ensure the successful implementation and execution of global processes locally.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to customer requirements and ZF policies.
  • Handle commercial complaints, process approved returns, credits, and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by proactively identifying their needs and opportunities to exceed expectations.
  • Notify customers of price changes and calculate transfer pricing according to the ZF-pricing model.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data, including address updates.
