Outsourcing Manager

Job Summary:
The Outsourcing Manager will manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and SCB AG policies, including risk assessment and contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Third-Party Risk Management framework, including Group and Country Regulatory Requirements, Policies, and Standards throughout the outsourcing lifecycle.
- Work with Outsourcing Owners to meet regulatory requirements.
- Prepare German Risk Assessments, propose Key Performance Indicators, and conduct Service Review Meetings.
- Support Outsourcing Owners in processing Control Risk Assessments in relevant systems.
- Liaise with Control Groups responsible for Risk Assessments.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and facilitate communication between Standard Chartered Bank AG and its outsourcing partners.
- Ensure contract owners monitor, review, and mitigate risks associated with third parties in accordance with the Third-Party Risk Management framework.
- Support the development and implementation of local Third-Party Risk Management Policies and Procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Capture all third-party relationships in a centralized inventory in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other TPRM departments, including SCB AG 2nd line of defence, Compliance, Business Resilience, Legal, Operational Risk, and more.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, governance, and outsourcing or related fields.
- Stakeholder management experience, including leadership, effectiveness, and team-oriented skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented work attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
