Job Description

As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Converting leads into sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Fluent German language skills (minimum C1) and proficiency in English (B2)
  • Experience in sales or related fields is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and technology platforms
