About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ziflow. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Assess and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong product knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
