Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Controller for Commercial Components. As a key player in financial analysis and strategic decision-making, you will provide high-quality advice and support to management and the commercial team.
Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing transparent financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and drive performance.
- Supporting the commercial team in their daily tasks and ensuring the realm of controlling.
- Identifying and implementing solutions to improve financial performance and achieve business targets.
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve sales, profitability, and working capital targets.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A higher education in economics, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in business controlling.
- A proactive approach with an analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English languages.
- Additional German language knowledge is preferred.
