Job Description:

  • As a Monetization Strategy Manager, you will lead the transformation of our monetization departments - Search & Relevance (S&R), Pricing & Promotions (P&P) and Ads Revenue / Yield Management (YM) - focusing on projects, organizational changes, and process improvements.

  • You will collaborate closely with senior management team members, including the SVP of Revenue Branislav Majorský, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and swift progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational strategies, change initiatives, and processes to drive revenue growth.

  • Ensure seamless communication between executive leadership and departmental activities.

  • Streamline operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues in coordination with department heads.

  • Establish processes to monitor and evaluate performance.

  • Foster effective collaboration and coordination among different departments.

  • Design comprehensive project plans, set milestones, and oversee the successful execution of digital transformation projects.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

  • Coordinate project activities, manage resources, and monitor timelines.

  • Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting or a competitive, fast-paced, performance-driven environment requiring quick adaptability (SaaS, ecommerce, own business, private equity, consulting, ...).

  • Ideal experience in managing transformation projects, organizational restructuring, and process improvements.

  • Marketplace/e-commerce experience, direct experience with monetization departments (S&R / P&P / YM) is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana, Excel, CRM, ...).

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
