About the Role:

The Talent Attraction Manager will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing external talent attraction initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive pipeline of candidates for critical roles. This includes managing a continuous pipeline of top talent, addressing both immediate hiring needs and long-term business goals.

You'll work closely with Senior Leadership, functional stakeholders, and People & Culture teams to understand hiring needs, challenges, and business goals. Additionally, you'll align recruitment strategies with the company's long-term growth objectives.
