Job Description:

The Operational Designation Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Broadridge Fi360's designation programs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to candidates throughout their certification journey, enhancing engagement and program completion rates.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management and Support:

    • Candidate Engagement: Provide proactive guidance and support to candidates, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Overdue Calls: Handle phone calls from overdue candidates, building rapport, and encouraging continued engagement.
    • Designee Audits: Assist with auditing new and renewing designees, maintaining program integrity and compliance with fiduciary standards.
    • Invoicing Processes: Complete relevant invoicing processes accurately and efficiently.
    • Issue Resolution: Address and manage cease and desists, complaints, and other participant issues professionally.

  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Product Surveys: Manage and analyze product survey data to inform program improvements and implement best practices in training course development.
    • Enterprise Approval List: Maintain an accurate enterprise approval list for designations and ensure its relevance.
    • CE Webinars: Track and manage reporting data from CE webinars, analyzing trends to increase webinar value and customer satisfaction.
    • KPI Tracking: Maintain accurate tracking of Key Performance Indicators to support business leaders.

  3. Conversion and Retention:

    • Conversion Reporting: Help manage conversion (student to designee journey) reporting and communications, including dials and recapture campaigns, to maximize program participation.
    • Welcome Packets: Assist with distributing welcome packets for new designees via virtual and online channels.

  4. Marketing and Communication Support:

    • Marketing Efforts: Support marketing efforts through the creation of codes, enrollment guides, and supplemental materials.
    • Designee Lists: Generate and distribute designee lists for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Re-Engagement Campaigns: Support campaigns to re-engage inactive designees into the program.
    • Marketing Agreements: Support campaigns for marketing agreements with enterprise clients.

  5. Course Facilitation and Follow-up:

    • Course Hosting: Act as a virtual course host, ensuring smooth operation and participant engagement.
    • Follow-up Calls: Perform follow-up calls post-course to address queries, gather feedback, and reinforce learnings.
