Account Manager with Italian

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising and supporting our top-performing sellers during onboarding and throughout their entire journey. Your goal will be to manage and optimize the performance of these sellers, helping them unlock their full sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising and supporting sellers during onboarding and throughout their journey.
  • Managing and optimizing the performance of top-tier sellers.
  • Upgrading customers from a free trial period to paid packages.
  • Enhancing customer profitability and satisfaction by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Tracking interactions and actions within CRM tools and reporting documents as directed by team leaders.
  • Providing support at events where the company is present.
  • Contributing to the rollout of new features and programs.
Requirements:
  • Over 2 years of sales experience (ideally in e-commerce).
  • Fully proficient in Italian and English.
  • Understanding of successful selling requires regular client communication.
  • Effective communication and client engagement skills.
  • Negotiation skills or eagerness to develop them.
  • E-commerce experience.
