About the Role

  • As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and define clear product goals and metrics.
  • You will be responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared for development.
  • You will also collaborate with our Business Development and Development Teams to develop solutions that bring value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Consult with clients to crystallize product vision and define requirements and needs.
  2. Develop product goals and metrics aligned with business strategy.
  3. Manage product backlog and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for development.
  4. Collaborate with Business Development and Development Teams to develop solutions that bring value to clients.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of commercial experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager in a software development company.
  • Proven experience in gathering and managing client requirements and needs in complex projects.
  • Previous experience working in agile project management methodologies, such as SCRUM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to cooperate with multiple teams.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2 level).
  • Practical knowledge of Jira/Confluence.
