Business Development Manager for Coatings and Adhesives

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and maintain strong customer relationships in our Central and Eastern Europe region. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for expediting marketing and sales objectives, acquiring new customers, and initiating application technology projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones in the paints and coatings industry
- Collaborate with application technology, product management, and sales colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
- Promote technical products and train customers on proper usage
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or natural sciences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or closely related functions with proven record in managing external customer contacts
- Experience in at least one of the following market segments: paints and coatings, construction chemicals, printing inks, adhesives
- Fluency in Polish and English is required; knowledge of other Eastern European languages or German is a plus
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with ability to negotiate across different hierarchy levels
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
