Sales Development Representative: Business Growth Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team focused on Large accounts (300-1000 employees).
Your key responsibility will be scheduling demo appointments with Account Executives via cold outreach techniques (cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn interactions).

Key Responsibilities- Execute an effective outreach strategy in the US market.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Scheduling appointments with prospects from a predefined list will be a key performance indicator.
In this role, we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles (SDR/BDR/AE) in the B2B industry with a proven track record in cold prospecting (ideally in the US market).
- Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn campaign management.
- C1/C2 level English proficiency for daily communication with US-based customers.
- Ability to craft compelling messages based on relevance, timing, and personalization.
- Familiarity with email and LinkedIn automation tools like Woodpecker, Apollo, Clay, and GetProspect.

- Experience working in mid-sized/large account environments.
- Research skills to create segmented prospects' databases.
- Email and LinkedIn deliverability knowledge.
- Understanding of email warm-up processes.
- Experience tracking outbound KPIs (open rates, positive reply rates, pickup rate, bounce rate, etc.).
- A strong desire to learn sales techniques such as targeting, lead generation, and overall sales processes.
- Background in the SaaS industry.
