We believe that Sales play a key role in building loyalty and trust between customers and businesses. In fact, that's how it starts - during the interaction between a salesperson and a potential customer.

A short teaser about us: 

We're a remote-only company that has created and delivered 70+ software projects and products to our clients from 19 countries (so far). The secret sauce we're serving together with the breathless and beautifully designed projects is a team of tech enthusiasts, clicking from over a dozen different locations. When joining us, you will work with the Sales, Devs, Designers, and Project Managers. We like both getting and sharing knowledge while working together. That opportunity is exactly about it.

We're looking for a persistent, open-minded Business Development Representative eager to grow and take a long ride with us.

Your profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in cold outreach (calls / e-mails / different channels)

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1 level)

  • Strong work ethic: professionalism, availability, punctuality, conscientiousness

  • Open to giving and receiving feedback on every step of the development process

  • Positive, growth mindset with a can-do attitude

  • People person with solid networking skills, as happy as a clam when interacting with others

  • Genuinely interested in sales and software development

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous sales experience (e.g. in the tech industry)

  • Previous sport background

  • Basic knowledge of outreach tools / sales automation tools

 

Responsibilities:

  1. New business and customer service activities:

  • Finding new customers and expanding the network of customers with a use of cold outreach (cold calling & cold mailing)

  • Building and maintaining current business relationships to generate customer loyalty

  • Achieving sales targets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Participating in sales meetings and sales presentations

  • Creating personalized customer communication

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, mainly by e-mail, Slack, or during virtual meetings

  1. Sales operations and processes:

  • Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with tech industry trends to improve and develop 

  • Supporting the sales team in their daily duties (for example, updating the CRM system and documentation in Google Workspace)

  • Staying up to date with all services provided by the company

  • Cooperating daily with management on sales and customer issues (Co-founders, Project Managers, Dev Team, etc.)

  • Creating personalized proposals for our leads and customers together with our tech leads
