🚀 We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. The role is dedicated to the Large accounts market (companies with 300 - 1000 employees).
Your main task will be setting demo appointments with AEs using cold outreach techniques (cold calling, cold mailing, and LinkedIn).

🚀 Your mission
- Execute outreach strategy in the US.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

- Scheduled appointments with prospects from the pre-defined list will be a key performance metric.
🧠 Our expectations
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles (SDR/BDR/AE) in the B2B industry focused on cold prospecting with a proven track record (ideally, US market).
- 3+ years of experience in cold calling, cold email/LinkedIn campaigns.
- C1/C2 level English proficiency - daily communication with US-based customers should not hinder you.
- Crafting compelling messages based on relevancy, timing, personalization and.
- Experience in using email and LinkedIn automation tools like: Woodpecker, Apollo, Clay, GetProspect.
🎯 Nice to Have:
- 2+ years of experience in mid-sized/large account.
- Researching and creating segmented prospects' databases.
- Email/LinkedIn deliverability knowledge.
- Email warm-up process knowledge.
- Working on outbound KPIs (open rates, positive reply rates, pickup rate, bounce rate, etc.).
- Strong desire to learn handson sales techniques such as targeting, lead gen, outbound prospecting, and overall sales process.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
