Sales Development Representative for Enterprise Clients

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and successful process. This includes identifying, qualifying, and reaching out to potential customers using various channels, developing personalized outreach strategies, and consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through proactive outreach via email, phone, social media, and other channels.
  • Craft and implement customized outreach strategies that showcase your technical skills in email setup and deliverability optimization.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine your approach and optimize efforts for maximum impact.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities using HubSpot CRM.
  • Foster collaboration with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales within SaaS, demonstrating a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Proficiency in leveraging multiple channels for outreach, including email, phone, social media, and innovative methods.
  • Experience working with sales tools like Apollo, Ln Sales Navigator, Clay, and CRM software such as Hubspot or similar.
  • Strong technical expertise related to email setup and deliverability optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to craft compelling and engaging sales content.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and independence.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A fearless attitude and a hunter mentality.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary: 8,000–10,000 PLN net + commission (OTE: 22,000 PLN net)
