Responsibilities:
  1. Process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly.
  2. Address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions using available resources.
  3. Handle and respond to business inquiries and incoming calls efficiently.

Requirements:
