Copacking Execution Coordinator

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Copacking Execution Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for planning and executing all co-packing activities in the market.

This role reports to the Copacking Execution Supervisor and is based at Warsaw, Poland. You will work closely with our commercial teams, in-house and external co-packers, and material suppliers to ensure timely and cost-efficient activities to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in planning, project management, and co-packing operations. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control material flow and inventories of packaging materials
  • Lead the cycle count process and execute related checks and tasks
  • Support order and production planning for packaging materials and co-pack productions
  • Manage packaging materials suppliers and ensure they meet contractual obligations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support various supply chain optimization projects

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in planning, project management, or co-packing operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in MS Excel and VBA, with experience in SAP and OMP a plus
