Business Development Manager

As a member of the Merchant Success team at Allegro sp. z o.o., you will play a key role in driving the company's international expansion efforts. Your primary focus will be on developing business strategies to increase sales in foreign markets and expand the export selection of products on Allegro. To achieve this, you will be responsible for providing operational support for programs and promotions, participating in the development of educational solutions, and supporting the creation of tools and functionalities needed by our partners.
Some of your key duties will include:
- delivering operational support for programs and promotions aimed at increasing sales in foreign markets
- developing and implementing comprehensive educational solutions to equip merchants with knowledge of international sales
- supporting the development of tools and functionalities needed by our partners to trade in foreign markets
- establishing relationships with Polish and local entities/agencies to build Allegro's position in export promotion activities
- analyzing data to make informed decisions about solutions and project directions
In this role, you will work closely with various teams across Allegro, including legal consulting, financial, tax, and technical teams. You will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and management, presenting project updates, and creating documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of foreign trade, export, and e-commerce trends. You will also need to be proficient in English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build relationships with multiple internal stakeholders.
