Join our team as a Multilingual Customer Experience Advisor at ENGINEERINGUK As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in multiple languages, including English and French.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary language will be English, but you will also be required to communicate effectively with customers in French and other languages.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide product information and support to customers.
  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • C1 English skills + C1 French Language skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in multiple languages (including French). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
