Job Title: Systems Workforce Lead

At Brown Brothers Harriman, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Workforce Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Systems organization, you will be responsible for overseeing workforce planning and communication initiatives, driving business outcomes, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best practices for workforce management, partnering with Human Resources to drive talent-related processes and initiatives.
  • Oversee the entry-level talent pipeline, including ownership of the Systems intern and Graduate Rotation programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor resource requirements for the division's long-term workforce strategy.
  • Coordinate Executive Committee meetings, identify strategic issues, and provide strategic support to the Leadership team.
  • Plan and coordinate employee events, including learning sessions on technology topics.

Desired Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree or related work experience required.
  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience building relationships with internal business partners and influencing business outcomes.
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve organizational vision and purpose.
  • Strong communication, analytic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
