**About Us**

We're an ambitious Fintech startup with plans to expand across the Polish and European markets. We're on the lookout for a talented Business Development Representative to join our energetic team.

**Your Day-to-Day Tasks**

You'll be responsible for:

  • Actively reaching out to new clients and growing a network of business partners
  • Crafting and launching sales strategies that align with market needs and customer expectations
  • Motivating teammates, collaborating, and celebrating together when goals are hit
  • Staying up-to-date with market and competition trends to always stay ahead of the game
  • Working hand-in-hand with internal teams to create solutions that our clients will love

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the retail space (bonus points if you know the FinTech or tech industry)
  • Fluency in Polish and English (a must for team communication)
  • A people-person with a talent for building relationships and a flair for negotiating
  • Highly motivated, independent, and always up for a challenge
  • Team-oriented, full of energy, ideas, and a great sense of humor
