We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling and processing client and technician requests via various channels, utilizing IT systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Providing information and resolving basic technical issues through effective communication.
  • Collaborating with on-site technicians to ensure seamless task coordination and execution.
  • Maintaining device performance in telemetry systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assigning tasks to service technicians to ensure efficient workflow management.
  • Customizing telemetry systems to meet client requirements, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Offering remote technical support to clients worldwide, leveraging your expertise and language proficiency.
