Junior Payroll Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Specialist to join our team at SD Worx Poland Sp. z o.o.

  • This role will provide an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the payroll area, including its complexities and intricacies, and support our teams in preparing payrolls for clients in Germany.
  • You will be responsible for learning the importance of maintaining master and transaction data, as well as introducing you to various forms of time recording and certification.
  • Your tasks will include creating your own statistics and evaluations, which will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

About Our Requirements

  • Excellent German language knowledge is essential (B2+/C1 level), while good English language knowledge (B1 level) is also required.
  • You should be familiar with MS Office tools and their application, as they are widely used in our organization.
  • We are looking for individuals who are eager to continuously develop themselves and take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience in HR or payroll-related roles would be an advantage.
