Job Responsibilities

The Account Manager will identify, research, and contract prospective customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization. This includes managing an existing portfolio of distributors, identifying new distributors in Poland and Baltic States, supporting end users of our products and solutions, negotiating prices and delivery times with customers, and coaching and supporting other Account Managers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive approach to planning and prioritizing work efficiently. A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related Technical subject is preferred, along with 2+ years of relevant experience in active sales in the field, focusing on technical or industrial products.
