Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Target Setting Process in collaboration with UE countries to support territory design within a scheduled timeframe.
  • Work closely with BU representatives to define and support Incentive strategy.
  • Own the operational calculation of Sales Incentives quarterly for specific regions within a defined Business Unit.
  • Identify and implement next-generation processes for Incentives, focusing on automation, centralization, and standardization.
  • Collaborate with HR, Commercial, IT, and Finance teams to drive Transformation and Optimization in a digitalization environment.
  • Utilize technical capabilities to drive business growth, leveraging SQL-based knowledge and analytical tools.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the sales department.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs, providing conclusive reports and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills in SQL and Tableau/MS Office Applications (VBA, Excel, Power-pivot, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in Incentive is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Ability to work with different datasets and databases.
  • Soft skills: open-minded, team player with a strong communication style.
