Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Strategist to play a critical role in shaping our Total Rewards strategy and ensuring it aligns with our organization's goals and objectives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, and deliver competitive total rewards policies and programs for base pay, incentive, equity, benefits, and retirement components of the total compensation mix.
  • Manage career framework, including reviewing leveling decisions.
  • Prepare reports and facilitate associate communication related to benefits programs.
  • Advise HR and managers on issues related to compensation and benefits.
  • Manage annual processes such as open enrollment, merit review, and equity planning.
Requirements
  • University degree with relevant experience.
  • Experience with expansions into new markets/countries and shifting between high-level design, consulting, analytical, and operational work in multiple countries/regions within EMEA.
  • Broad knowledge of EMEA-specific regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze and present data, understand trends, and develop recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish/maintain excellent working/consultancy relationships.
