As a Global Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and managing complex compensation programs that align with business objectives and market trends. You will collaborate with senior leadership, People & Culture, Finance, and business leaders to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing salary structures and job leveling frameworks for diverse regions
- Designing incentive programs that balance internal equity with market competitiveness
- Leading comprehensive job evaluation processes and market analyses to ensure pay practices are competitive
- Utilizing compensation data from various surveys and databases to set accurate salary ranges
- Providing training and support to managers on how to apply frameworks in practice
- Advising senior leaders on compensation strategies, offering insights into market trends, pay equity, and incentive design
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in compensation management, with a minimum of 3 years in a global or regional role
- Experience designing and managing complex compensation programs, with a proven track record of working with senior leadership to align compensation strategies with business goals
- Strong understanding of global compensation practices and compliance requirements
- Ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking using various compensation surveys
- Ability to manage compensation processes and systems
