Your role

As a Sales Manager for Polish Region at Zumtobel, you will play a crucial part in driving sales activities and expanding our market share in the Polish region. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with new and existing End User clients, with the aim of growing business and promoting our innovative lighting solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the area sales budget to deliver and exceed sales in line with agreed objectives.
  • Establishing new as well as developing existing customer networks with End User clients, preferably within industry, retail or the logistics.
  • Developing and implementing a sales plan which integrates with the regional sales plans.
  • Understanding sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Providing excellent and professional customer service to all clients.
  • Closely cooperating with internal sales and lighting design colleagues, recognizing sales as team work.

Your profile

  • Understanding of the lighting, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set.
  • Great communication skills with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Encountering challenges with a positive attitude and having an interest in technology.
  • Curious with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
  • High level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP) and full professional proficiency in Polish and very good English skills.
