Job Description:

At PL001 Marsh Spolka z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw. This role will provide an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales support and marketing projects.

About the Role:

  • Support complex offensive and defensive tenders as well as manage smaller bids, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Prepare sales support and promotional materials, utilizing expertise in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Develop and deliver engaging reports and presentations that effectively communicate winning differentiators.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to realize marketing projects, leveraging your organizational skills to meet objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise content, restructure content from other sources, and work within tight timescales.
  • Possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrate well-organized and efficient behavior, ensuring content is delivered on time and objectives are met.
  • Show motivation and enthusiasm, along with a desire to develop additional skills.
  • Display very high attention to detail and very good knowledge of English, enabling effective communication and materials preparation.
  • Be tactful with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
