CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are currently searching for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Warsaw. This is a remote or hybrid position that requires strong relationships with key retail partners across Europe or the US.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the retail sector, and existing contacts within the European or US retail industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Gift, Toy, and Fashion categories.
- Present Inuru's innovative OLED products to potential clients, showcasing their unique value and applications.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on brand positioning and promotional strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the retail sector.
- Existing contacts within the European or US retail industry.
- Experience positioning products in the gift, toy, or fashion categories.
- Very strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Fluency in English (C2). Additional European languages are a plus.
