We are looking for an experienced IT Business Development Specialist to join our Growth team at CodiLime, a software and network engineering industry expert.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with client representatives, and leading the sales process from start to finish. You will work closely with subject-matter experts to create presentations, offers, and other content that builds trust with clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with client representatives
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract signing
  • Work with subject-matter experts to create presentations, offers, and other content
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in selling IT services or IT recruitment
  • Experience in day-to-day cooperation with clients from the US, UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics markets
  • Hands-on experience in conducting sales processes end-to-end
  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level)
