About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing relationships with local retailers and promoting our RVMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong partnerships with local retailers to promote Envipco's RVMs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a local strategy to increase market share.
  • Negotiate sales terms and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Resolve any issues faced by clients and serve as a communication link between key clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare regular financial reports highlighting key results and business growth opportunities.
  • Regularly visit clients and perform fieldwork to increase turnover.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with familiarity with local retail networks.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Computer skills – MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to excellent growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
