We offer a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across medium and large companies. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at medium and large companies.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, including regular communication, timely issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  8. Develop and maintain expertise in IFS products and services, staying current with new features, functionality, and best practices.
  9. Participate in sales training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and stay ahead of the competition.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or BDR offerings of complex business enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of value selling principles and techniques.
  • Experience working in a team-selling environment, with a ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence buying decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or engineering.
  • Fluent business-level English language proficiency, with local language proficiency (Polish) preferred.
