Pre-Sales Expert Job Description

Britenet Sp. Z O.o. is looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Expert to play a key role in the sales process, combining technical and business aspects to support sales teams in acquiring new customers and developing relationships with existing clients.


Responsibilities

  • Understand Client Needs: Engage with potential clients to comprehend their business problems.
  • Consultative Approach: Provide technical consultation to clients, helping them understand the benefits of our services.
  • Design Solutions: Develop and propose high-level business solutions that align with client needs and leverage our company's capabilities.
  • Technical Proposals: Assist with preparation and present detailed technical proposals.
  • Demo Preparation: Create and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Support Sales Efforts: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and strategies to drive sales of our solutions.
  • Bridge Between Teams: Act as a liaison between the client and internal technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to help refine our offerings.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to communicate their value to clients effectively.
  • Personal Development: Continuously upgrade personal knowledge and skills to remain relevant and effective in the role.
    Requirements and Expected Skills

    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role within the IT industry.
    • Sales Acumen: Ability to understand sales strategies and contribute to closing deals with technical insights.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Polish and English, French or German would be a big plus), with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
    • Presentation Skills: Effective presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and conduct engaging demonstrations.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a leading role and collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Outgoing Personality: Accustomed to public speeches in various situations.
    • Conference Speaker Experience: A big plus.
    • Client Focus: Strong client orientation with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
    • Proactive: Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in staying abreast of new technologies and market developments.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
