About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to join our Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will engage with customers, colleagues, and the developer community to educate and facilitate technical & end-user adoption for assigned SmartBear products and platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise, training, and guidance to our clients.
  • Work in tandem with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to provide a path towards both a successful subscription renewal and an expanded SmartBear technology footprint.
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Partner with Product Support, Product Management & Sales Engineering teams to assist customers with questions and issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or similar engineering/science/technical degree required, Masters degree a plus.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of customer interaction and technical implementation experience.
  • Experience developing, securing and managing RESTful APIs and microservices using Open API Specification 3.X/Swagger and using Authentication and Authorization frameworks (oAuth, JWT, OpenID).
