Technical Customer Support Specialist with Norwegian and English

As a Technical Customer Support Representative with Norwegian and English, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries;
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer needs, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution;
- Initiating, managing, answering, and solving customer queries;
- Professionally handling incoming requests from customers and ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly at first contact;
- Assisting all customer queries by offering precise explanations, concise, complete, and within agreed terms.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A C1 level of Norwegian, both written and spoken;
- A B2 level of English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel;
- Standard Operating System understanding and Office tools knowledge;
- Web-based applications and database operating acquaintance and skills;
- Technical understanding.
