About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Card Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team at Majorel Poland Global. As a Card Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling case investigations, customer communications, and collaborating with various internal teams. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include managing case handling and normal production tasks, handling errors, performing corrections, and investigating root causes. You will also be responsible for translating local language communications to English, handling customer communications and support via email and/or telephone according to KPIs and agreed SLAs, and reporting incidents in your area and maintaining compliance in all actions.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in Danish and English (speaking and writing), with additional language skills being a plus. You will also need to have experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks in a professional, positive, and effective way. You should be able to communicate and explain the 'why' behind complex issues, think analytically, and detect risks. Previous experience with payment products/card industry or services would be an asset, as would a relevant educational background in a field such as finance, commerce, or law.
