About Majorel Poland Global and the Role

Majorel Poland Global is a leading provider of customer experience solutions. We are seeking a skilled Junior Card Dispute Specialist to join our team in Kraków, Poland. As a Junior Card Dispute Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving payment disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve payment disputes via email and/or telephone
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Document work accurately in various IT systems and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Participate in audits and deliver required data as a process specialist

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (speaking and writing)
  • Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks in a professional, positive, effective way
  • Ability to think analytically and detect risks
  • Previous experience with payment products/card industry or services would be an asset
