Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior International Benefits Administrator with global expertise to join our team. As a key member of our benefits administration team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer benefits for client employees in the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Resolve cases and enter benefits data into the system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve requests related to projects or escalated employee issues.
- Design and implement processes to support the delivery of international benefits solutions aligned with global strategy.
- Contribute to process design and technology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from a benefits perspective.
- Configure systems for projects based on client requirements.
- Participate in projects utilizing standard project management disciplines.
- Take an active part in process transitions from clients to Alight offices.
- C1 English language proficiency (CEFR scale or equivalent).
- B2 Dutch language proficiency (CEFR scale or equivalent).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in benefits administration.
- Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High-level exposure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience in MS Office is mandatory.
- Working experience in Benify and ServiceNow would be an asset.
- High levels of self-motivation and proactivity are required.
