Key Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to develop and execute strategies that drive advocacy for Haleon brands in the market. This involves setting up local plans based on CEE one, delivering relevant content for LOC, and ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement of expert activities.

This position requires a deep understanding of the expert environment in the market, driving continuous knowledge gathering across categories and HCP targets. The role also involves defining HCP target audience segmentation and specific targets for the market, as well as establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact on advocacy-business impact.

A close collaboration with Marketing and Expert Field Force is essential to influence key local stakeholders, including Local Leadership Team, to enable proper resource allocation to drive effective and business-impactful expert activities in the market.

In addition, the successful candidate will lead and inspire an expert team, driving engagement and high-quality results. They will work closely with local Marketing Heads and Sales Heads to deliver best-in-class, fully aligned behind strategy and priorities local activation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years' experience in FMCG/OTC marketing and sales, with a proven track record in leadership and transformation.
  • Experience in targeting HPCs and/or B2B experience is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
